You have 30 minutes after you confirm your order to make any changes on our website including your delivery address.
Once the timeframe has expired, we are unable to make any changes, including modifying your delivery address.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. At that point, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly to request a parcel redirection while it’s in transit.
