Can I return a product purchased from another retailer?

Each of our products is made with the highest-quality materials and double-stitched for durability, but we understand that occasionally, a faulty item may slip through our quality control.

If you purchased this product through one of our partner retailers, such as Baby Bunting, The Iconic, or David Jones, please reach out directly to them to process a claim. As this purchase wasn’t made through our website, we don’t have access to your order details, and we’re unable to assist with returns or claims.
