Treet Protection & Return Process

If your ergoPouch is not in the condition described and you wish to request a refund, please contact TREET within 72 hours of receiving your order to file a Misrepresentation Claim.

Treet Protection Overview

Treet Protection guarantees that all orders placed through Treet will either be received in the promised condition or you’ll receive a full refund.

  • Order Verification: We do not disburse funds to the seller until you have verified your order on the Purchases page.
  • Misrepresentation Claim: If you encounter an issue with your order, you must file a Misrepresentation Claim within 72 hours of receiving your item.
  • Automatic Order Verification: If we do not receive verification or a claim within 72 hours, we will automatically verify the order, and returns will no longer be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Claim
    File your claim on your Purchases page within 72 hours of receiving the item.

  2. Treet Review
    Treet will review your claim and may ask for additional information or photos.

  3. Return Label & Shipping
    If your claim is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label. Please print it and return the item within 72 hours.

  4. Refund Issued
    Once your return is tracked in the mail, we will issue your full refund.

What’s Covered by Treet Protection?

  1. Misrepresented Items
    The item has notable issues that were not mentioned in the original listing.

  2. Incorrect Items
    The item you received does not match what was described in the original listing.

  3. Inauthentic Items
    The item is not authentic and does not match the brand or original product.

What if I Don’t Like My Item or It Doesn’t Fit?

If you decide you don’t want the item, or it doesn’t fit, you can re-list the item without paying any commission or fees. Here’s how to qualify:

  1. Contact Support
    Email [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the item with the following details:

    • Your Order Number
    • Your new listing for the item
    • A brief description of why you are re-listing the item
  2. Approval
    Once we receive your information, we’ll approve your listing and waive the commission fee when it sells.
