How can I exchange an item?Updated 12 days ago

We want you to love your ergoPouch as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please request an exchange through our Return Portal  within 30 days from the delivery date

What can I exchange my product for?

  • Same product, different size. Exchanges are possible if you want to select different sizes of the same product.
  • Different products on our website. (If there is a price difference, we will either refund you or charge you for the difference.)
  • Store Credit will be used on your next order. 

For Normal Exchanges:

Once we receive the unwanted item(s) back at our warehouse, we will process your exchange order or issue store credit, depending on your preference. A confirmation email will be sent to you once this is complete.

Need your exchange quickly?

If timing is critical, we recommend placing a new order right away and returning your unwanted item for a refund. Alternatively, you can choose an Instant Exchange through our Returns Portal for faster processing.

What is an Instant Exchange?

Instant Exchanges allow us to ship your replacement item immediately, without waiting for your returned item to reach our warehouse.

How it works:

During the return request (RMA), you’ll provide your credit card details.

Your new item will be shipped right away.

Once we receive your returned item, no further charges will apply unless the return is incomplete.

Normal Exchange vs Instant Exchange:

Normal Exchange: You return the unwanted item first. Once it’s received, we process your exchange order or issue store credit.

Instant Exchange: Your replacement is sent immediately, as your payment details are pre-authorised during the return process.
