How can I exchange an item?Updated 4 months ago
We want you to love your ergoPouch as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please request an exchange through our Return Portal within 30 days from the delivery date.
What can I exchange my product for?
- Same product, different size. Exchanges are possible if you want to select different sizes of the same product.
- Different products on our website. (If there is a price difference, we will either refund you or charge you for the difference.)
- Store Credit will be used on your next order.
Once we receive the unwanted item(s) back in our warehouse, we will issue your new order or store credit according to your preference and email you the confirmation.
Please note that this process may take several days. If you need your exchange as soon as possible, we recommend you make a new purchase from scratch and return your unwanted item, asking for a refund, which you will receive within approximately 10-15 days from the date it is processed.
