If you have made a return and would like to check the status, please log into our  Return Portal . 

You can also track your returning parcel using the tracking number on the return shipping label emailed at the time of your return request. 

 Please ensure you check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for the return order confirmation.

From here, you can track your shipment through AUSPOST website.
