If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
For purchases made through ergopouch.com.au, we are happy to offer an exchange, online store credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Refunds are not available for sale items, but we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
- Refunds cannot be processed for orders paid with an online gift card, but we can offer an exchange or store credit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- If you’re requesting an exchange, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
To initiate your return, simply visit our Return Portal and enter your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
