How do I return an item?Updated a month ago

If your ergoPouch isn’t in the condition described and you’d like a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Misrepresentation Claim

    • File a claim on your Purchases page within 72 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Treet Review

    • Treet will review your claim and may request additional photos or information.
  3. Print Return Label & Ship

    • If your claim is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label to print. Return the item within 72 hours.
  4. Receive Full Refund

    • Once tracking shows the item is in the mail, we’ll issue your full refund.

What’s covered?

  • Misrepresented items: The item has issues not mentioned in the original listing.
  • Incorrect items: You received a different item than what was listed.
  • Inauthentic items: The item is not an authentic product from the brand.

What if I don’t like my item or it doesn’t fit?

If you decide you don’t want the item, you can re-list it without paying commission or fees. To qualify, email [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the item with:

  • Order number
  • Your new listing
  • Brief reason for re-listing

Once approved, we’ll waive the commission fee once the item sells.

Seller Return Policy

As a seller, we trust you to represent your items accurately. If a claim is raised and the item needs to be returned to you, Treet will cover customer support and return shipping costs. To reduce returns, ensure your listing includes accurate descriptions and clear photos.

If the item is returned, you can relist it with any updated information. Your listing will be reviewed and posted once approved.
