If your ergoPouch order isn't in the condition as described and you wish to request a refund, please contact TREET within 72 hours of receiving your order to file a Misrepresentation Claim.

Treet Protection: Treet Protection ensures you receive the promised item in the promised condition, or you'll get a full refund. We do not release funds to the seller until you've verified the order on your Purchases page. If you have any issues, file a Misrepresentation Claim within 72 hours. If no claim or verification is received within this time frame, your order will be automatically marked as verified, and returns will no longer be possible.

Return Process:

  1. Submit a Claim:

    • File a claim via your Purchases page within 72 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Treet Review:

    • Treet will review your claim and may request additional details or photos.
  3. Print Return Label & Ship:

    • If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return label to print. Return the item within 72 hours.
  4. Receive Full Refund:

    • Once the tracking confirms the item is on its way back, you will receive your full refund.

What’s Covered?

  • Misrepresented Items: The item has issues that weren’t disclosed in the original post.
  • Incorrect Items: The item received is different from what was advertised.
  • Inauthentic Items: The item is not authentic from the brand.

What if I don’t like my item or it doesn’t fit? If you receive an item you no longer want, you can relist it on TREET without any commission or fees. To qualify:

  1. Email [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the item with:
    • The order # of the original purchase
    • Your new listing details
    • A brief explanation of why you're relisting

Once approved, we will waive the commission fee when your item sells.
